Lestrade, born in Normandy, France, began traveling the world at a young age. One adventure after another led him to beautiful Santa Barbara, where he has settled for now. Lestrade is a self taught artist who works mostly with acrylic paint, creating playful, humorous and deeply provocative artwork. Lestrade’s paintings have met great success in the US,
as well as internationally.
